The most common problem when your door refuses to go down is that the safety sensors are not aligned properly. Sometimes you can eyeball it and re-align them by yourself but to make sure that the problem doesn’t occur again, call us and we will send a pro to fix it for good.
We accept cash, approved checks and credit cards (Discover, American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Diners Club).
When the lights on the garage door opener start to blink, it most likely means that the safety sensors are out of alignment. Make sure both sensors are pointing at each other. If they are aligned and the light is still blinking, give us a call and we’ll be there today.
Newer garage door models (2007 models and up) are built out of sections. These sections can be individually replaced. You must make sure, however, that you purchase the exact same section for your particular model. If you need assistance with changing a section, give us a call.
If you have a steel garage door the recommendation is to service it once a year. Going over all nuts and bolts, spring tensions and alignment, lubrication and chain inspection is very important. If you have a wooden garage door you should service it once in 6 months.
